“SERVICE EXCELLENCE”
Throughout the coming year, special attention and recognition will be given for Farm Bureau staff members at the county and state level who exhibit high levels of “Service Excellence.” In order to do this we need to hear from you the members we serve.

Although service excellence is an everyday philosophy in Farm Bureau, there are those times when our employees have the opportunity to go above and beyond their normal call of duty or service to help members in a unique way.

These unique situations of Service Excellence are what we are looking for in your nomination.
As we all know, in today's fast paced and mobile society, maintaining “Service Excellence” and providing the local, one-on-one service our grandparents took for granted can be a challenge. In a simpler time Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “It is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself.”

For our leadership and staff, “Service Excellence” is an opportunity, and a cultural part of who we are.
