Accidental Death Insurance Coverage
A policy covering accidental death and dismemberment is provided to all current members at no additional cost. Benefits are paid (when injury is caused by accident) by the company based on the following schedule:

Exclusions
No benefits are payable under this policy for any loss caused by or resulting from:
Any accident arising from war (Declared or undeclared or any act thereof), Insurrections, Rebellion or Revolution;
Service in the Armed Forces of any country;
Any accident arising out of the use, or occupancy, or through being struck by, any land motor vehicle of a kind required to be licensed for road use, while being used on a public road or right-of-way thereof, by anyone;
Any accident unless the County Farm Bureau properly certifies that the person on account of whose death the benefits are claimed was covered by the policy issued to it;
Suicide or any attempt thereat or self-destruction or any attempt thereat by the insured person while sane or insane.
