The 14th Annual Southern Peanut Growers Federation Conference heard the Chairman of the U.S. House Agriculture Committee, Frank Lucas, say it was a major challenge to get a 2012 Farm Bill out of committee this year. Rick Treptow explains in this report from Panama City Beach, Florida.
