Georgia National Antique Ag Show debuts Nov. 14

The inaugural Georgia National Antique Agriculture Show, which will highlight “the way it used to be” in farming, runs Nov. 14-16 at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter in Perry.

The event features the Georgia Agriculture Museum, antique tractors, trucks, educational exhibits, demonstrations of peanut thrashing, entertainment and tours of middle Georgia farms.

On Nov. 15, visitors will be treated to the Georgia National Antique Ag Power Up Parade, offering a view of old tractors and farm implements in action.

The show, which is free to the public, is open from noon to 6 p.m. on Nov. 14, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Nov. 15 and Nov. 16.

A banquet will be held at 6 p.m. on Nov. 15. Cost for the banquet is $35 per person and includes a meal, the keynote speaker, entertainment and door prizes.
