2- 12 ounce bags broccoli slaw

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh jalapeno pepper

1/4 cup chopped green onion



For the Dressing


2/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup sugar

2 teaspoons black pepper



In a large bowl combine broccoli slaw, cilantro, jalapeno pepper and green onion.


Whisk together dressing ingredients and stir into broccoli mixture. Refrigerate until ready to use. This will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 days.


Makes about 10 servings
