CAPTAIN'S STEW

 

 

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 (16 oz.) package frozen vegetables

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of celerey soup

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1 (24 ounce) can mixed vegetable juice

 

 

Brown ground beef and onions in frying pan, then combine with all other ingredients in large pot. Simmer until vegetables are tender.

 

 

Serve with salad and cornbread for a complete meal.
