6 Georgia apples, stems removed

6 wooden sticks

1 (14-ounce) package caramel candy, unwrapped

2 tablespoons water



Insert wooden sticks into stem end of apples, and place on a cookie sheet covered in waxed paper.


Combine caramel candies and water in a microwave-safe bowl.


Heat on medium for about 2 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds until melted and smooth. Do not overheat.


Gently dip apples in caramel and place back on cookie sheet.


Chill until ready to serve.
