GEORGIA CARROT SALAD
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Georgia honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup blueberry juice infused Craisins
3/4 cup Georgia pecans
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 bag (10 ounces) shredded Georgia carrots
Combine first 3 ingredients to make the dressing. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour dressing over. Toss to combine.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
