This was the winning recipe in our 2017 Mother's Day Recipe Contest.

It was submitted by Ashley Hill-Dangar of Villa Rica, Georgia.



3 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

24-ounce container sour cream

Family size can cream of mushroom soup

2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers




Preheat oven to 350º


Place chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.


Combine sour cream and soup and pour over chicken.


Layer cheese on top, then add crackers over cheese. Drizzle butter on top of crackers. 


Bake for 40 minutes or until top is golden.
