ICE CREAM MUFFINS

 

 

Ice Cream Muffins

 

 

2 cups self-rising flour

1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

 

 

Preheat oven to 425º.

 

In a large bowl, combine flour and ice cream until smooth. 

 

Fill paper-lined muffin tins about 3/4 full with batter, and bake 15 - 20 minutes, being careful to not overcook. 

 

Makes 1 dozen muffins..
