PECAN BLUE CHEESE BALL

 

 

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup minced onion

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

3/4 cup chopped pecans

 

 

 

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans.

 

Place on a sheet of plastic wrap, and roll into a ball.

 

Refrigerate overnight.

 

Just before serving, remove cheese ball from plastic wrap and roll in chopped pecans.

 

Serve with crackers or vegetables.
