VIDALIA ONION AND VEGETABLE PINWHEELS

 

 

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix

1/2 cup coarsely chopped Vidalia onion

1/4 cup coarsely chopped green pepper

1/4 cup coarsely chopped red pepper

4 twelve-inch tortillas, any flavor

 

 

 

Combine all ingredients except tortillas in a large bowl. Spread evenly on tortillas, and roll up to enclose filling. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours.

 

When ready to serve, unwrap and cut off ends. Cut rolls into 1 inch slices.

 

Makes about 36 pinwheels.

 

Note: Any combination of vegetables or meat will work, as long at it makes about one cup combined.
