Mason Jar Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 cup of heavy cream
1 1/2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 fresh, ripe peaches
Directions

Combine heavy cream, sugar, vanilla and salt into a 16 ounce mason jar. Close jar tightly and shake.

Chop peaches and add to mixture. Close jar tightly and shake until the cream thickens and almost doubles in size. This may take between 4-5 minutes. The mixture should easily coat the back of a spoon.

Place jar in freezer for 3 hours.

Scoop and serve!
