Chattooga County Farm Bureau Cooler Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of Georgia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Georgia Farm Bureau, Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on May 19, 2025, and ends on June 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the contact form located at https://www.cognitoforms.com/GeorgiaFarmBureau1/ChattoogaCountyGiveaway. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a prize package that includes a Kanga Cooler, Thermos, hat and cutting board. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random at the Chattooga County Farm Bureau Office (located at 9921 Commerce Street, Summerville GA 30747) on June 26, 2025. The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on the entry form. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Privacy
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to allow Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance to use the contact information provided to contact them via phone or email. Personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties.

7. General Conditions
Georgia Farm Bureau reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Georgia Farm Bureau’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Georgia Farm Bureau in its sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Georgia Farm Bureau and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
