Georgia had a large delegation attend the National Agriculture in the Classroom Conference held in June. Attendees had the chance to tour farms and learn about agriculture in Rhode Island. Conference workshops introduced attendees to AITC curriculum and hands-on activities to engage students in learning about agriculture. Next year the conference will be held June 28-July 1 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Visit  https://agclassroom.org to learn more about the NAITC program. /Photo courtesy of Caroline Leonhard
