Roasted Okra
Ingredients
20 fresh okra pods, sliced lengthwise
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Toss sliced okra pods in a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the okra on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
