YF&R Summer Leadership Conference
YF&R Summer Leadership Conference is an annual event taking place each summer on Jekyll Island, Georgia. At this event, members attend sessions to be updated on current agricultural issues and prepared to advocate and educate others about agriculture through their county programs. This year's conference will be held July 15th-18th 2026.
YF&R to Washington
Each year Georgia Farm Bureau plans a trip to Washington D.C. for Young Farmer and Rancher members. It's an opportunity to meet with lawmakers, learn about the legislative process, and to share concerns and ideas pertaining to agriculture. The cost of this trip is free for YF&R members through an application and selection process. Applications will be released to counties & members in late December and due back in early February.
Harvest for All
Harvest for All is a cooperative annual YF&R service project to support the food banks across the state associated with Feeding Georgia. The goal of this initiative is to combat food insecurity throughout our state and in our communities. Be on the lookout for opportunities to serve in your district at service project events and at our YF&R Summer Leadership Conference.
