Teacher of the Year
We are now accepting applications for the 2024 Georgia Ag in the Classroom Teacher of the Year
The purpose of the award is to recognize a Georgia educator for his/her excellent job of incorporating agriculture into the Georgia standards for teaching. The deadline for submitting applications is May 3, 2024. The winner of this award will receive a trip to the 2025 National Agriculture in the Classroom Conference.
Certified teachers currently integrating agriculture into non-vocational agriculture classrooms at the pre-K through 12th grade level or eligible. High school, middle school and elementary school agriculture educators are not eligible for this award.
