Fall is the season for all things Pumpkin, but if you want the flavor without all of the work try this Pumpkin Pie Dip. Its the essence of the pie minus rolling out the pie crust and waiting for the oven to ding. This creamy, flavorful dip will definitely satisfy your autumn craving.
15 oz can of pumpkin puree
3/4 cup of brown sugar, unpacked
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
6 ounces of 0% Greek yogurt
8 ounces of frozen whipped topping, thawed
cut Georgia apples for dipping
Mix the pumpkin puree with brown sugar, vanilla and spices. Blend well.
Mix in the yogurt, fold in the whipped topping and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
